not satisfied with my results...situps could break record one..cuz im left with about 25 seconds when i completed 45..lols..den they ask me continue den i continue lorr...or else 60 plus plus liao..den standing board jump first jump fault..was aiming veh far, den nv jump tt high, so tripped and fall..ok, second jump 240cm..den third try is frly a flop lah, i jump 255cm, but my hand happen to touch the back..not counted lor...damn zzz...pull up was satisfied, 11 though i nv use the complete 30 seconds to do..cuz enough liao...shuttle run nearly slipped while turning...so time slower liao...2.4km didnt rly run and put iin much effort lor, 3rd and 4th round was starting to slack and slow down liao...but i got a GOLD for napfa, better than nothing liao lahh...
