todae is physical dae...went pe and did pre-napfa trial thingy lahh..so started with board jump, and i got 262cm ok...tts like personnal best alr lah..everytime i try onli 240cm, todae suddenli jump so far lah, i oso get shocked ok!!...maybe i got the mindset that i wan score perfect score bahh...so i jus work towards watever i wanted to...pullup was still ok , did 9 , still within target...more room for improvemet..the thing which im not satisfied with is my 2.4km...ran 10.39 seconds...and 3round i felt that im not pushing myself enough and slacking abit..it was till 4 round that i began to speed up..meaning tat i scored a B for 2.4km and there goes my perfect diamond thingy, which is perfect score lah...
training sux, managed to dry the floor, and after 5 mins, it rained like no tomorro..did some footwork drills indoor, and required alot of strength one..tts y its physical dae mahh..then ran around block 11, the zigzag stair case thingy for 10 rounds lah..nearli died there...but can take off shirt and run, so felt much cooler and better...so nxt time walking in AJ at nite must be careful..lols...maybe u will see wat u arent suppossed to??..reached home at arnd 9.15 ... planned to buy food de, but want save money , so went home cooked instant noodles..lols..saving money is good lor, i cut down on soft drinks and sweets, healthy life
