mondae is always tiring, haixx...afternoon pe followed by training...todae ran 8 rounds during pe..lols..start from lane 8 den slowly move towards lane 1 round by round...damn crazy ok! led my a track and field guy, have some problems catching up, cuz after tt got training, didnt rly wanna make myself tired..hah..so jus endure and finished the 8 rounds..followed by 24 chin ups..this one still ok lahh, not tt tiring as the run..training was tired and fun...one match plae till like shyt, the other one had 6 steals in one team, but tink onli scored 2..haha...cuz i dribble den ball hit leg, den one time use right hand layup den missed..lols..can improve de..den last match i got cut in and made one layup lahh...dno tt one is tyco or wat de lor..lols...reached home at 9.30..super long mondae for mi..i tink i will be partial late tomorro, cuz tuesdae mornings are usually more tiring than the rest of the daes..nvm, few more daes to chinese new yr break!!
oso to add on, i had been running 14 rounds to 16 rounds around the track every mondae and wednesdae..haha...pe + training..hope this yr 2.4km can improve to a A grade and im aiming for perfect score in napfa..lols...board jump and 2.4km to improve on onliee
