todae's gym session is a fruitful one, managed to exhaust myself completely and managed to train wat i wanted to..haha..woke up at 9.00 todae cuz i tout lakers game is at 8.30..then i rmb is ET and not singapore time..so sian lorr..stoned for one hour then i went to hougang gym...found out that alot of ppl is there alreadii...zzz..wandered around dno shd train wat..den i decided on upper body, haha, since my leg is still vehveh painful..haixx...hah...den i saw one gym instructor, super big size lahh..he benched press 110kg barbell..wtf!!! 110 kg lehh, not 110lbs...2 20kg weights on one side..sian lorr..haha..den trained till 1 plus and off to lunch...then plae pool after tt..and amazingly, i had not played for one month and still managed to retain all my skills..haha..double or slice ball oso can lahh..no prob de...nxt time wan plae pool ask mii k..haha..hvnt played for too long le..then somemore most of my frens too bz to plae le..gg see doctor on mondae..regarding my leg..haha..its getting worse..ystd woke up and i cnt even walk properly, was quite painful ehh..then put ice evening jiu ok le..hoping that todae will be better, but it didnt..lols...i bet some things cannot be cured naturally de bahh..jus like broken relationships
