as u can see from the picture, the dog is sitting on the pole, which means to sit on the fence..but it cannot sit on the fence forever, since it wont help by sitting on it forever and thus the problem cannot be solved eventually...But it is as fatal on all sides and even a slight mistake will cost its life...it did not know how and when to approach and take its first step and didnt know which direction and approach is the best..Thus, i infer that the dog should first think of fan ideal solution first and take its time to consider all the consequences that it might face..and finally, initiate it when the time is right..but no one is to be blamed for this, cuz the dog ended up on the pole because of its own choices and actions, noone else forces it to ...and its up to fate and destiny to decide.
